KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
TRAINING CONTENTS Create strategies to improve dealers technical capabilities Create and revise training contents, paths and material with supplier and headquarters based on company strategies Create and manage required infra-structure according to training strategies and contents TRAINEES CONTROL Create controls to manage dealers trainees data and training levels Manage dealers applications over trainings available to secure full path accomplishment Monitor trainees performance in order to keep improving their knowledge and training contents and materials effectiveness TRAINING APPLICATION Create and manage training availability Coordinate dealers invitations for trainings Create knowledge center by transferring know-how from head-quarters and market best practices, and keep it updated according to new technologies and repairing needs Create strategies and conditions to train the trainers, and keep them updated according to new technologies and repairing needs Monitor training instructors effectiveness and support them to keep improving their skills BUDGET Apply, revise and manage budget to secure training availability according to dealers demand REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience and knowledge over car repairing Experience teaching technicians how to
understand and repair the cars Experience and knowledge over high voltage
components, hybrid systems and new car technologies Knowledge over electrical
regulations and market best practices/trend Experience handling and negotiating
with dealers, suppliers, top managements and headquarters Bachelor's degree Solid
experience at technical training department Experience at automotive industry (10
years+) Knowledge over After Sales technical operations (technical, warranty,
publication, customer care, etc) English (fluent)
