KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for After-Sales Business coordination at GWM Dealer and be the window person between GWM and Dealers Create a solid business partnership between Dealers and Manufacturer always focusing on quality and business sustainability Provide support for dealers to solve customer problems and also dealer problems Constantly evaluate and keep dealer service capacity and infra structure according to GWM standards. Implement GWM after-sales process at Partners and establish sustainability procedures to keep a high-level operations and good customer satisfaction index. Monitor and evaluate main business KPIs (CSI, retention, spare parts policy, service rate, complaints, training, warranty, and financial - after-sales absorption, avg. ticket, parts, accessories & recharging business). Support Partners to achieve GWM targets through visits and action plan development/follow-up. Conduct frequently field visits and create after-sales reports of each Dealer. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Good communication Negotiation experience with dealers, dealers association and
top management Multitask and projects management skills Bachelors degree
Experience at fieldman or dealer operation Experience implementing and
coordinating after sales procedures and back office activities Experience at
automotive industry (at least 5 years) Knowledge of After Sales operation (dealers
operation, dealers process, customer care, warranty, commercial, training , etc.)
English (intermediate)
