Vaga de Advogado Sênior/Senior Lawyer

Nosso cliente é uma das maiores mineradores a nível global cuja missão é a construção da maior planta de hidrogênio do mundo. Buscamos um(a) advogado(a) sênior, com inglês fluente e vasta experiência em contratos de construção, EPC e correlatos. Informações adicionais: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts related to infrastructure and construction projects, including EPC, BOO, O&M. service agreements, supply of goods, lease, MoU, NDAs etc. Provide legal advice for Supply Chain and Project Management teams on contractual matters and claims. Issue legal opinions for a wide range of subjects, such as civil law, real estate, and regulatory and competition law. Support in the litigation management (outsourced to law firms). 07 to 10 years of experience in the infrastructure, construction, or power generation industries (as in-house counsel or associated in law firm). Solid experience in writing, reviewing, and negotiating infrastructure contracts in English and Portuguese. Graduate in top-notch Brazilian law school. Fluency in English (is the working language of the company, will be tested during the interview). Desirable some knowledge in Spanish (not mandatory). Teamwork attitude. Availability to travel.
