We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative
Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal
candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and
a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key accountabilities:
" Coordinate administrative contracts such as travel agency, hotels, services
providers.
" Coordinate companys events.
" Support Management team and visitors on hotel, air tickets or transportation.
" Coordinate and prepare internal communication material such as posters, articles
and flyers.
" Maintain company legal documentation and contracts up to date.
" Control and monitoring of the execution of third-party contracts.
" Expat support on relocation (in or off country).
" Providing general support to visitors
" Processing invoices and allocating costs
" Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and experience:
" University degree in administration, Communication, Marketing, Tourism or
equivalent.
" Post-graduation/Mba is a plus
" Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and
PowerPoint).
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
" Fluent in English, both oral and written.
" Spanish, both oral and written is a plus
" Initiative, collaborative and determined.

" Ability to manage time and meet required deadlines.
" Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
" Able to work within a team to achieve agreed goals.
