Paramount is in search of Account Manager to join the Ad Sales team in São
Paulo, Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:
Define and lead account plans to unlock investments and drive key performance
metrics for the clients business.
Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to execute strategic and
operational initiatives.
Develop performance marketing strategies that leverage Paramount's ad solutions
and creative approaches for the client.
Identify client opportunities and challenges, securing cross-functional support.
Lead forecasting efforts and provide accurate client analysis to support team
planning.
Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and
Paramount network solutions.
Consistently exceed both individual and team sales targets.
Serve as the main point of contact, working with product and cross-functional
teams to consolidate and prioritize customer requests.
Identify relevant trends and craft business cases to support new requests or
changes that impact product vision and roadmap.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand
Advertising, Media Sales, Customer Acquisition and Growth, Consulting and/or
Online Sales. Experience in managing client accounts is essential. Advanced
proficiency in English is required, along with an upper-intermediate level of
Spanish. A background in media is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to work collaboratively within a team are highly valued.
