We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales team. As part of the Revenue
department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the full sales process,
from identifying prospects to finalizing deals with both new and existing clients.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales
cycle, from prospecting to closing projects with new clients (hunting) as well as
existing clients (upsell). We are seeking professionals with commercial experience
and technical knowledge in areas such as Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, Hosting,
Security, IT Consulting, working in sectors like E-commerce, Finance, Technology,
or related fields.

strategically convey technical knowledge is essential to succeed in this position.
Main challenges
Own and meet the target quarterly and annual quota of increasing MRR.
Identify target accounts using a strategic and timely approach, supported by
qualitative analysis and data-driven insights.
Understand customer's businesses and industries in order to identify their needs
and offer appropriate solutions.
Establish trust and rapport with clients and prospects.
Close deals, overcome objections and negotiate contracts.
Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline management.
Ideal Profile
Actively listen to understand client concerns, know their business, clearly define
negotiation goals and explain solutions concisely.
Handle rejection and uncertainty with focus and motivation, persistently follow up
on leads, manage stress, and strategically convey technical knowledge.
Quickly adapt to new tools and approaches, efficiently navigate business shifts,
and capture emerging opportunities.
Actively engage with technical content, stay updated on innovations, and translate
knowledge into compelling business solutions for clients.
Constructively implement feedback, commit to self-development and provide valuable
client insights.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in a sales role in the technology sector and/or
experience in B2B prospection.
Commercial experience and technical knowledge in areas such as Edge Computing,
Cloud Computing, Hosting, and Security.
Previous experience in IT Consulting, SaaS sales, and working in sectors like
E-commerce, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and web applications.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Technical or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Desirable qualifications
Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience with SPIN Selling, BANT, and MEDDPICC.
Previous experience in a pre-sales role.
