About the role Upstream is seeking an individual to join our Commercial Team as Account Executive. This individual will be responsible for selling our marketing automation software to e-retailers working on the later stages of the sales funnel (doing meetings and demos with potential clients, closing deals and performing account management tasks). The account executive will build and maintain strong relationships with Upstreams clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value Upstreams solutions add to their businesses. Responsibilities Include:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective
customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer
relationships Conduct product demos over Face-2-Face or virtual meetings Work
closely with our BDRs to ensure successful handover of leads from the initial
stages of the lead nurturing process towards actual selling, negotiation and
closing Upsell existing clients in cooperation with our Customer Success team
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales
effort with team members and other departments (Customer Success, Product,
Finance) Keep our Sales CRM fully updated Analyze the territory/markets
potential, track sales, and status reports Supply management with reports on
customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services Staying current on company offerings and industry trends

experience in Software Sales or 3-4 years relevant work experience in B2B sales or
account management roles Past experience within Digital Marketing/ E-Commerce or
SaaS will be strongly preferred Excellent oral and written English language skills
Experience working with sales CRM (ours is Pipedrive) Ability to communicate
professionally in a fast-paced environment both orally and written Benefits We
