Account Executive, Commercial
The Account Executive is the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company
and carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across the Commercial and
Mid-Market business segments. As consultative sales professionals, you are
expected to take ownership of, positioning the full Genesys solution portfolio,
developing, and managing a sales pipeline, securing net-new business, and driving
revenue growth from within the existing customer base.
Your main goal is to achieve an annual sales target by closing prospective deals.
Once an opportunity has been closed, the Account Executives role is to engage
with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of
post-sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and close Genesys Commercial sales opportunities through forecasting,
account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Support sales through calls and/or web-based presentations to manage product
positioning, and strategies.
Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the new logo
accounts.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Genesys Commercial products and
technologies, competitors, industry trends.
Articulate Genesys Commercial based solutions to align with client's requirements.
Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage
in the sales cycle.
Minimum Requirements:
BS or BA degree.
Language skills:
high proficiency in English.
5+ years of sales experience (Enterprise Companies a plus).
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful
revenue attainment.
Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects and
partners.
Aggressive, strong organizational skills and a self-starter.
Experience of selling either customer experience, contact center, CRM, digital
transformation, or similar sort of technology stack.
A team player and a leader of virtual teams, able to orchestrate and win complex
sales cycles.
