Assures product performance is maintained and stability and manufacturing robustness is consistently delivered; establishes key technical processing parameters and quality control measures.  Works closely with Supply Chain to ensure on time and in full start-up of production of all products.This position will interface and collaborate strongly with Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Planning, Quality), Marketing, R&D Product Development and New Product Implementation (NPI) teams as well as with the external vendor community What are the main responsibilities:Technical understanding of product manufacturing processing technology and equipment;Expertise in operating machinery and proven technical problem solving;This position requires agility to effectively managing multiple priorities, with responsibility for batch execution, stability testing, process documentation and lab testing. Who is the person?This position will interface and collaborate strongly with Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Planning, Quality), Marketing, R&D Product Development and New Product Implementation (NPI) teams as well as with the external vendor community. What you need to have?Deep technical understanding of product manufacturing  processing and equipment;Expertise in engineering and proven technical problem solving;This position requires agility in effectively managing multiple priorities, with responsibility for technical sign off on processing standards for all new products in these global categories;Must have  the ability to effectively work globally with diverse teams and with cross-cultural sensitivity.Requires in-depth knowledge of wide range of processing approaches to make and fill creams, lotions and hydroalcoholic products;Ability to further develop Avons Process Development capabilities, staying in tune with our manufacturing technologies around the world to enable quick and successful product scale-ups;Requires excellent analytical, organization, management and communication skills.
