Requisitos: " Master of Science degree in Engineering; " Good understanding of Powertrain systems; " Customer-focused, trustworthy, and results-driven; " Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product development, quality, and/or verification in the Powertrain area; " Experience using quality tools such as FMEA to identify failure modes and mitigation actions, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), or the 8D process, etc; " Knowledge in the reliability field; " Experience with setting requirements for components and systems; " Fluent in English (written, spoken, and listening). Atividades: " Ensure, maintain, and develop product reliability knowledge over time across different brands, segments, markets, and applications; " Manage networks within the organization and globally in the reliability domain; " Develop, deploy, and support training materials related to reliability engineering; " Work on New Product Development (Project Environment); " Translate product targets into product requirements alongside the project team; " Define requirements and verification methods to validate the agreed product feature level; " Ensure effective verification and validation plans for product development through reliability engineering; " Develop and provide inputs for product reliability feature roadmaps; " Work with Running Products in the Field (Maintenance Environment); " Monitor product reliability evolution for different brands, segments, and applications in the market; " Synchronize product reliability between current and new products; " Identify, address, and monitor emerging and/or critical reliability issues over time.
