Requisitos: " Supply Chain experience; " Focus on understanding and meeting the expectations of internal customers; " Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; " Fluency in English. Atividades: " Managing domestic and international transport flows, ensuring pickups and deliveries are made within established deadlines and following arrival priority criteria; " Managing carriers and freight forwarders to ensure the quality standards defined in the operation manuals are met; " Enhancing daily transport optimization to minimize both transportation costs and CO2emissions; " Daily management of "Milk Run" flows, monitoring each step of the process and taking corrective actions in case of deviations; " Ensuring distribution of information to internal customers, especially for critical shipments; " Resolving carrier deviations using structured problem-solving methods; " Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes; " Relationship with carriers, agreeing on goals, standards, and performance expectations; " Development of Operation Manuals; " Secure Transport Capacity through collaboration with our carrier base on volume planning and forecasting; " Managing urgent shipments outside of contracts, requesting freight quotations when necessary.
