Requisitos: " Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration, along with several years of experience in project management; " Certifications such as PMP and IPMA levels are more than welcome and expected for this maturity level in this path; " Advanced ability to Stakeholder Management, managing relationships with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and suppliers, identifying and managing risks that may impact the project's success; " Advanced leadership competences in other to leading and motivating project teams to achieve project objectives, fomenting by cross functional collaboration; " Continuous Improvement mind set, with Lean Manufacturing knowledge, is the expected way for performance achievement into projects and across our organization; " Agil mind set and Agil tools are demanded. Atividades: " Be responsible for leading and managing large-scale industrialization projects within the organization, securing the SQDCEP deliverables; " Be responsible to Plan and Execute Projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
